What does the $150 Pro Tune-Up actually include?
A complete service: full diagnostic, brake adjustment, drivetrain tuning, tire inflation and inspection, battery health check, frame torque check, full wash, and a test ride before delivery. One flat rate covers diagnostics and all the labor — your e-bike serviced as a complete system.
Is pickup and return really included?
Yes — pickup and return are included in the $150 flat rate anywhere in Marion County, FL; and The Villages. We come to your home, take your bike to our shop, service it, and bring it back ready to ride. You never lift, transport, or visit a shop.
How long does it take?
We'll give you a clear plan when we pick up your bike, then keep you updated as we go. Standard tune-ups move fast — we pick up, service in our shop, and return ready to ride. If we find something that needs your input (a worn part, an electrical issue, a parts order), we call you right away with plain-English options and an honest timeline for next steps. No guessing, no surprises.
What if you find something wrong that costs extra?
We call you first. Always. The $150 covers all standard tune-up labor. If we discover a part that needs replacement (worn brake pads, a torn tire), we explain the cost in plain English and you decide whether to proceed. No surprises on the invoice.
Do you service all e-bike brands?
Yes. We service every major e-bike brand — Magnum, Rad Power, Aventon, Lectric, Pedego, Trek, Specialized, and many more. Whether your bike is hub-drive or mid-drive, throttle or pedal-assist, our techs are trained to handle it.
What if my bike won't run at all?
Book a tune-up anyway — the diagnostic is included. We'll figure out what's wrong, call you with options, and either fix it during the service or quote any major repair separately so you know what you're committing to.
How do I pay?
Payment happens after the service is complete and you've inspected the bike. We accept all major credit cards. If extra repairs are needed beyond the standard tune-up, those are billed separately and only after you approve them by phone.
How is this different from a regular bike shop?
Two ways: convenience and pricing. We come to you — no transporting, no waiting around. And our pricing is flat-rate up-front, not hourly with a parts markup. Most shops also won't touch e-bike electrical systems; we specialize in them.
