🚐 Pick-Up

You choose a 2-hour pickup window — 9–11 AM or 12–2 PM, Monday through Saturday. The day of your pickup, we’ll text you when we’re on the way. We collect from your door, a secure spot you designate, or meet you in person 👋 — whatever works for you. Just make sure the battery and key are with the bike.

🔧 Pro Shop Service

Full tune-up and diagnostics — all covered under the flat $150. We evaluate everything first, then fix what we can. If anything needs parts or has an electrical component, we contact you directly with a clear explanation and your options before anything else happens.

Safety checked and test-ridden before we bring it back. We return it in the same pickup window you selected. You ride — we handle everything else.

📲 We can pick up two e-bikes at once. You don’t need to be home — just leave the bike somewhere secure with the battery and key, and we’ll take it from there.
